How long does it take?

Orders are put into production the same day or the next working day from our warehouse in Oslo.

within 1-3 working days depending on how far away your recipiant live, on some routes it can take up to 5 days. This may vary during holidays, bad weather and other things that affect the delivery of the mail.

Delivery in Oslo and the surrounding area is 1 day.

We deliver Oslo and areas around that normally in 1 day. We send SMS to your recipiant for confirming the delivery time at the delivery date. When the delivery is complete, we sende a confirmation of delivery with a picture of the gift to your privided email. For express delivery please, choose Express delivery product when your recipiant adress is in Oslo and sorrounding.

Delivery out of Oslo and surrounding area is between 2-3 days normally.

We ship all over Norway incl. Svalbard and we have a collaboration with Bring. We use Bring for delivery all over Norway and delivery time is 2-3 working days. For sending out of Oslo, We send you a tracking URL to see where your gift is.

The package is delivered to your chosen delivery location. Your reciepiant will be notified via SMS to confirm the delivery day. Delivery takes place between 08:00 and 22:00.

Have you chosen to have the package delivered to the door but your recipiant is not at home when the delivery arrives? Fear not, the package will then be delivered to the nearest post office. Your recipiant then have 14 days to collect the package before it is sent back. Incoming orders with a fruit basket on Thursday and Friday with delivery outside Oslo and the surrounding area will be packed and sent out with Bring on Monday. No order processing at weekends and public holidays. During the space Christmas, there will be somewhat reduced collection and drop-off in connection with the Bring space Christmas routes, which can take up to 5 days.
