How can we combine care and environmental considerations in one solution?

Last Thursday I had the pleasure of spending time at Peppe's Pizza with my beloved choir, Diandre. While we were enjoying the delicious pizza, the conversation touched on the importance of showing care for our employees. We discussed how managers can create a positive work culture by giving small attentions to their team, while thinking about the environment.

I also had the pleasure of talking to Kristin, a manager at Innovation Norway, about this topic. We agreed that a great way to show care for our employees, while reducing the transport burden, is to deliver all the Easter eggs directly to the office. In this way, we can spread joy and at the same time reduce the number of deliveries and the associated costs and emissions.

By collecting the delivery of the Easter eggs at the office, we can all enjoy receiving our little attentions at the same time. This is not only an environmentally friendly approach, but it also creates a sense of unity and community within our team.
